AVCHackingUtilties class>>replaceStartCodesWithNaluSizes: can now deal with 3-byte start-codes. This is necessary now that x264 sometimes gives us such start-codes.

Users of this method must now use the returned ByteArray, instead of assuming that the method will munge the argument ByteArray in-place.
