Armenian GMPE in Openquake - armenia2016

Hi,

I found a couple of modified Armenian ground motion equations in a python file (armenian2016.py) inside the GSIM folder. Are there any relevant papers regarding those modified equations?

Hi Nima,

I have already checked the OpenQuake Site for GMPEs (https://docs.openquake.org/oq-engine/master/openquake.hazardlib.gsim.html). However, I am looking for specific information, parameters, and adjustment factors with their explanation under modified Armenian GMPEs (CauzziEtAl2014Armenia, BindiEtAl2014RjbArmenia, BooreEtAl2014LowQArmenia). If there's any manuscript or relevant papers, it would be a lot helpful.

Dear Roisha,

I believe you can search through google scholar to get the papers. 

Beside every GMPE there is a button "[source]", click on it and and python code opens. and its top you can see information about this GMPE that is commented. full name of the paper and other information. so you can search inside the source code to know more or search it through google scholar.

it says that  armenia_2016 is a combination of AkkarEtAlRjb2014Armenia, BindiEtAl2014RjbArmenia, BooreEtAl2014LowQArmenia, CauzziEtAl2014Armenia, KaleEtAl2015Armenia, KothaEtAl2016Armenia, ChiouYoungs2014Armenia.

all the gmpes are calculated for armenia and included inside armenia_2016

in here "https://github.com/gem/oq-engine/blob/290a02fcf8f0bb2483c0c53e65471968f8393e06/openquake/hazardlib/tests/gsim/armenia_2016_test.py"

it is saying that: " Implements the set of tests for the adjustments of a selected set of Ground Motion Prediction Equations

proposed for application to PSHA in Armenia" so there is not any speacific refrence for armenia_2016 because it is just a set of gathered GMPE's on armenia.
