Computing scenario_damage exposure quantiles from a npy shakemap file

Hello,

I would like to know if there is a way to obtain quantiles when a scenario_damage calculation is computed using a .npy file (from a ShakeMap hazard calculation). I ran the attached jobs (prepare_job and job), and even though I specified quantiles in both files, it seems they are not being computed. I am interested in getting quantile outcomes for every asset ID (row) of my exposure model, but so far, the only metrics I receive are averages (even in total aggrisk-_hcalc.csv output). 

Note: I'm using OQ 3.16 (I tried  the LTS 3.23 version as well, nothing different).

The running sequence is

oq engine --run  scenario_damage/jobs/prepare_job_GEM.ini
