source model logic tree branches

hi all

I am trying to run a hazard calculation (using OQ v3.21.0) with a large seismic source model logic tree (~500 branches split using sourceModel and  extendModel branches) but the calculation pauses at the stage where it reads the source model logic tree xml. When I reduce the xml to 400 branches the calculation runs fine.

Due to limitations to the branch number (183) for the sourceModel I used extendModel (without without "applytoBranches" as I do not intend to link it to the "sourceModel" branches). 

The ssm xml is attached and intended logic tree is attached. Could you please let me know what is the reason the calculation is not running?
