It is announced that preparation of the Classical Probabilistic is "coming soon". This announcement has been for quite some time..... When will it be implemented?

It will not be implemented. We are going the remove that announcement :-( That could change in the future if somebody offered to pay for development of the Input Preparation Toolkit.
