Greetings people in OQ land

Can anyone give me a hint as to what I am doing wrong with the process of converting disaggregation .xml files into .csv files. When I type the following command within the directory  /Desktop/OQ_FIJI/outputs/calc_30/disagg_matrix/PGA

python ~/Desktop/nrml_converters/oq_output/disaggregation_converter.py --input-file-disaggTEST.xml --output-dir ~/Desktop/OQ_FIJI/outputs/calc_30/disagg_matrix/PGA/test2

It creates the folder test2 but with no csv file inside.  If anyone out there has any suggestions as to what I have to do to get my csv file then I would appreciate it.

Thanks
Mark

ps I tried running the demo according to the command python ~/Desktop/nrml_converters/oq_output/disaggregation_converter.py --input-file-disaggTEST.xml --output-dir ~/tmp/calc_33/disagg_matrix/PGA/test1 --plot

BUT - I get the same problem the folder PGAtest1 is created, but with nothing inside....where is my file being created, if at all? I appear to be following the instructions fully.

Thanks
Mark

Hi Mark,

The nrml converters have all been updated recently (within the last few days). The old ones may not be working correctly with the more recent nrml 0.5. If you haven't done so then I recommend updating them, which can be done by navigating to the directory of the nrml converters and running "git fetch origin" followed by "git merge origin/master".

If that doesn't work then would it be possible for you to send us the file and we can try to track down if there is a different problem.

Thanks,

Graeme

Hey Graeme  - thanks for that. It worked!  I am so pleased to now be seeing csv files in my folder, as before I was doing everything by the book but getting nothing in return.
Best
Mark
