exposure model

hi everyone, Im trying to create my exposure model file. Even if i arrange and define my exposure i get this errror when im trying to create my exposure csv file to zip file. It did not find the file. But İ define my csv  and after that i convert nrml file. When i click to download it gave me this. I convert many times but first time im face to face with this problem.
