Hi,

this seems like the versions of the libraries may be incompatible.
Did you install OpenQuake using the universal installer script?

Hi Peter,
Thank you for your response. I checked with the team

We installed the Docker-Container of Openquake which the website made available.

Thanks
Soumitra

You did not say which version of the engine. That error is subtle, it may affect certain versions and not others. Also it may disappear with a non-docker installation.
There is not much that I can do to help since it is not reproducible, but I have seen it once or twice. It will likely disappear if you reduce your calculation.

Hi, thank you for adding more details. Unfortunately I just once installed the docker version, therefore my experience in this type of installation is low. Someone from GEM team will hopefully help, still it looks like some packages in your installation do not work well together, maybe you could send "pip freeze" output if that is possible. Specific versions of the packages need to be present in order that all works together well.

Peter

Sorry I overlooked this, maybe can you say the version and if some small demos work for you or it is a specific (bigger) calculation that fails?

Dear Michele and Peter,
Thank you for your response. The query is solved.
There were some bug with the logic trees that were not compatible with the recent versions (I was using ESHM gmpe model for the analysis so the run was quite huge). Dr. Danciu Laurentiu helped me with the bug fixed gmpe model.
The disaggregation analysis runs (with IML and also with POE) with the recent version of OQ 3.20.1 (Windows).

Thank you both :)
