Hello OpenQuake users

I am not a seismic hazard scientist or expert.

Currently, I am developing uniform hazard spectrum (UHS) for subduction using three GMPEs - Atkinson and Boore (2003), Zhao et al (2006) and Abrahamson et al (2015) with weighted factors.

The UHS has wide range of period points from short periods (0.01s, 0.02s, ..., 0.2s, 0.3s, etc) to long periods (1s, ..., 5s, 7s, 10s).
The problem is original Atkinson and Boore (2003) GMPE doesn't support periods greater than 3s.
And also, Zhao et al (2006) stopped at 5s period.

May I know if there is any solution to extrapolate or interpolate the periods for intermediate points in OpenQuake?

Thank you
Yan

The OQ Engine only performs interpolation, but not extrapolation. For the latter, you need to come up with your own solution.
