How I can Specify Region in Job.ini File ?

How I can specify the region in job.ini file as below ?
I mean the coordinate define base on which parameters ?

it is like:
region = top_left, top_right, bottom_right, bottom_left.
Every parameters are completely explained in openquake manual. Please read it carefully

I specified the region by this method but the below error appear :

RuntimeError: Could not find any asset within the region!

Please check the attachment. 
Now OpenQuake works by these coordinates but the output is not in the region that I defined .I want to simulate a scenario risk model for Cyprus.

The attachment is the new output .
I specified the 4 points to define the region and also the output .
The output is out if Cyprus Map !

Please see attachment . The Red Points area is the correct region that I want , but the Gray Point are the output of OpenQuake.

Dear Amir,

It looks like you are not using the correct order for latitude and longitude in the input file.
Try to switch them because the region you are getting is the equivalent of your region if you switch latitude and longitude.
I hope I am clear in my explanation.
