how to import the functions within jupyter notebook

Dear all,

I am trying to import the functions of hazard library  within jupyter notebook under the env of openquake. But there is a ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'openquake'.
So I want to konw if we can apply the functions of openquake engine under python environmet?
