error in producing the hazard map

Hello OQ users,
I'm encountering an error when running the classical hazard map calculation and haven't been able to resolve it.
Could anyone assist me in identifying and fixing the issue?

Looks like a Windows-only error. Unfortunately the calculation takes 87 hours so I don't see any easy way to debug it. For serious calculations we always recommend using a Linux server.
