Regarding OpenQuake Input Preparation Toolkit Access

Dear OpenQuake Community,

Has anyone recently been able to access the Input Preparation Toolkit available at the following link?
https://tools.openquake.org/ipt/

I have been unable to access the website for the past few days. I wanted to check whether others are experiencing the same issue and to ask if there are alternative tools or recommended workflows for preparing .xml input files for OpenQuake.
