- Once you have your data stored according to the NRML schema, you can
just change the associated file path in the config file. The files
regarding the GMPE and source model logic tree are in the beginning of the
config file. The "source model" file is specified inside of the "source
model logic tree" file. The path to the exposure and vulnerability model
files are defined at the very end of the config file.
- The bounding box can be simply changed by modifying the coordinates of
the bounding box in the beginning of the config file ("REGION_VERTEX").
- A document describing the calculators from a scientific point of view is
being currently compiled and will be release to the community very soon.
Mehdi, for questions that might more related with the science rather than
the IT structure of OpenQuake I recommend you to use the
openqua...@googlegroups.com mailing list.
Thank you for your feedback,
Vitor
Are you following the instructions on the following webpage:
http://openquake.org/oats-user-guide/ ?
I would recommend you try the following command (once you are connected to
OATS):
openquake
--config_file=sadeghi/demos_12_10_11/classical_psha_based_risk/config.gem
--output_type=xml
And then you can try all the other demos that are in the "demos_12_10_11"
folder, just by replacing the name of the demo in the path above.
By the end of this week we should publish a User Manual on the OpenQuake
website, which will include detailed instructions, tutorials, examples etc.
which should make things easier.
Good luck,
Helen
