Looks like Rocket is getting strict with developer copies of QM. You have to be an official "partner" -- which means bundling an app with QM which includes selling the license (and support) to the end user. I guess this matches what they did with D3.
I'm not activity selling these days, but I still support a bunch of systems (QM and D3). I have a deal with a D3 client to use their machine for testing/development. I guess I'll have to do the same with a QM client. It was kind of handy to be self contained on a laptop, but even planes these days have internet connections so hopefully it won't be too bad :)
It is kind of a bummer that I find this out a week before my license expires :(
