I'm trying to use QMCLIENT.DLL with MICROSOFT VISUAL STUDIO 210, and I'm sure that am using it wrongly. Does any help me and showing me how that thing works? I'll apreciate it very much. Thank you!

What error are you seeing? What version of OpenQM are you using?

I'm using OpenQm version 2.12-6 on Windows Ultimate 7, 64Bits...

I copyed the DLL into the Windows System32 Directory, then I tryed to install, as usually, into Visual Studio 2010 as a DLL or OCX or whatever of the same familly.

The  error message I got was "A reference to c:\windows\systems32\qmclient.dll could not be added. Please make sure that the file is accessible, and that it is a valid assembly or COM component".???

I keep myself busy trying to understand how it works.

Thanks.

Ahh...

qmclient.dll is (I believe) 32bit, and you're using a 64bit OS.  I don't know how you work around this, but hopefully it will give you enough of a clue to wprk it out.  Please post back if you're successfully, or not.

Ok, found it...

Is it possible no one are using the OpenQM database together with Visual Studio???

To put that DLL running on the windows system and assuming Windows is installed on drive "C:" just paste into "c:\Windows\System32" AND into "c:\Windows\SysWOW64" only!!! That's it???

Everything is working now... I'm starting going deep inside OpenQM and Visual Studio...
