Openpyxl issue

when i am creating excel file from openpyxl and importing into another platform throwing error but after save in micorsoft excel or any other software 
after save it's working fine 

where i can see the sharedstring.xml file is not generating so can be possible this is the issue for import on another platform without saving 

or if i want to generate sharedstring.xml file without changing the new version which is i have used (v3)
 
please help me with this

There could all kinds of causes but without a file or an error report – though the Excel ones usually aren't very helpful – it's impossible to say more. But if Excel doesn't complain about the file then the "problem" is probably with whatever software or library is reading it.

This is not relevant: the file is an optional throwback from the old file format.
