GROK to Excel Doc Help

I have been trying to figure out the Python Pxyl etc stuff and I am apparently unable to resolve it. I am simply trying to convert some code it gave me to make an excel sheet for adjustable Fiancials.

It says " download, drop in this code, and voila" but I cannot figure it out. Anyone able to? If I drop the code to them? Can Venmo for the help
