could not able to install openpyxl

Greetings!!

This is first time posting in this group. I am trying to install openpyxl

but it is giving me the below error.

Error: No matching distribution found for openpyxl

My python version: 3.6.8

Tried below commands:

#pip3 install openpyxl

#python3 -m pip install openpyxl

#pip3 install -r openpyxl

kindly suggest
