How to check password protection is enabled in excel

Hi all,

I want to know to do we check whether excel file is protected or not.

Could be passowrd protection sheet level protection etc.

Also, If i use protected excel and load the workbook using openpyxl, its throwing bad zip file error. How i can resolve it
