I think it ought to be possible to set the default font for a workbook.
Calibre looks horrible and is hard to read. Changing the font for each cell takes extremely long time so I gave it up.
As a Linux user I am used to Liberation Sans which looks good but Arial works as well in worksheets. Calibre makes your eyes hurt.
