Good Morning,

I want to resize existing pictures in xlsx files but I don't find the solution in documentation.

That is possible ?

It's possible, yes. You'll need to work with image anchors. The documentation for these is part of the OOXML specification and, therefore, outside of the scope of the openypxl documentation.
