I have an acquisition link (rel="http://opds-spec.org/acquisition") that should lead to a page asking the user for email (the epub file will be sent to this email)

What type should this link be?

I don't think it is application/epub+zip

Hello Ori,

This is a typical case of indirect acquisition: the type element of the link should indicate "text/html" with an inline opds:indirectAcquisition element that indicates that the user will get an EPUB.
