trouble running openptv

Hi,

I am trying to get the first case running on my machine however I am facing the error below.

I am using Ubuntu 22.04 subsystem for windows and anaconda the python version for the environment is 3.7

Another issue is with the trial test_cavity case is that I couldn't rename the runs from the interface

any advice how to solve this?

something wrong with your working folder.

try to download a new pyptv version and new test_cavity folder and see if it works.

then change the working folder or copy/paste your images in the working one

Thanks for replying Alex,

I tried that and it didn't work! any other recommendations.

p.s. we also tried running an YML environment where PTV worked and was built in another machine. Still receiving the same error.

could you please check if

>> pyptv test_cavity

works for you?

do you download the updated test_cavity ?

Then rename the test_cavity folder and use the new name

>> pyptv [new_name]

should work
