Package dependencies cannot be resolved

Running Ubuntu 10.04 and went through all the steps under "Install in
Ubuntu 10.04LST" on wiki.openproximity.org.
When in go to install the packages in the Get Software section I get a
"Package dependencies cannot be resolved" error for the following
sections OpenProximity2 AIRcable Remote Dongles plugin, Aircable Linux
Configuration Console(taken from turnkeylinux) OpenProximity Agent2,
OpenProximity remote support, RemoteControl Serverserver.
How do I get this up and running?
I am new to ubuntu/openproximity so be kind.
