RPC configuration adjustment - currently stops and constantly need to refresh

Hi,

How do I adjust the RPC configuration so that it will continue to run without me having to refresh it every few minutes or so?
There are a number of script files... this should be quite simple, however, navigated unfamiliar code... :)
