What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create OPP campaign with JPEG file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Send JPEG file to samsung iplayer 480.
Mobile device do not receive file.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Last source code
Linux Gentoo 10

problem is on the device, not us.
