What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create campaign with start and end date

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

campaign doesn't work and doesn't appear in the campaign list
and log as following no scanning no upload

18:33:53 Dongles added
18:33:52 Dongles added
18:33:26 Dongles added
18:33:26 Dongles added
18:31:33 Dongles added

and if i make campaign without start and end date
it works perfectly

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

ubunut 10.04

it's a bug in django for handling timezone
