Fix the plunger to the threaded rod

Hi Mr Cera, thank you for this project. I am having trouble to fix the pluger to the threaded rod. When the moviment of the plunger is forward is ok, but when the moviment is backward, the plunger is unscrewed from the rod and stays in the tube. Is there any solution for this? Sorry my poor English. Best regards,

If that is the case, that means the tube guide follower (the square component that is affixed to the back end of the threaded rod) is loose.  Make sure those set screws are tightened, the threaded rod should not be able to turn freely.  If the rod cant turn, it will not come free from the plunger.
