Hi all I have a friend who wants the Open Poker Files I sent him to the
downloads but he wrote me back asking where the TXT files are as the
EXE's are compiled. e seems to feel that they have to be someplace on
the site but he or I can't find them.

Are they available or not?

Thanks

You know you some of you guys make me laugh, you'll all out there trying to
get this Open Poker up and running but all get from any of you when I ask a
questions is a smart answers. I'm sorry you all seem to think that because
someone doesn't understand Delphi or whatever then they are not worth
dealing with, or if someone is not wanting to pay for the program then lets
not bother with them as well. Well I may not understand Delphi but I have a
guy that does and understands it very well who has now informed me that
since we have the CVS open he can indeed fix it all that is wrong with the
game. As we have know intensions of trying to make this game commercial it
would have been passed on to you all. But I guess if I'm not worth at least
an answer to my questions you lot are not worth giving the game too.

Someone was looking for Delphi 7 well we have them all including Delphi 8
and we would have passed them along as well.

Have fun...

By asking "What Text Files" Was a smart answers? What text files are you /
your friend referring to? I havent seen any text files. If that means
documentation, there is none. I am not going to freely distribute Delphi 7,
thats illegal. Borland has removed it from their website as far as trials
go, I was there 60 days ago and couldnt locate it.

Good Luck.

Yes we felt that an answer of "There are no Help Files" would have done, but
that's only part of it. As for you not freely distributing Delphi 7 I don't
recall asking for you to do that, so why bring it up. When I made reference
to some (you) wanting payment for it I was talking about Open Poker not
Delphi as you state that would be illegal. We on the other hand will do our
best to get the Open Poker working and then place it on the Internet to be
freely downloaded.

I would suggest just checking in the patches into the same repository
that you used to obtain the source.

Thanks, Joel

You are retrieving the source code from CVS at SourceForge. You are
looking to make changes and make them available to everyone else.

The proper way to do that is to commit your changes back to CVS at
SourceForge so that the next person making a batch of changes can
start with your changes as opposed to from scratch.

Hope it makes more sense now.
