SQL 2000 Eval. Copy What else can we use?

Hi again I have finaly with help from here got my OP running, however,
we are using a SQL 2000 Eval. with service pack 3 installed, what
happens after the 120 days will it just quit? And if that is so can we
now run SQL 2005 over the top as it is free? If not what is one to
use?
