Runtime error 217 problem again

I installed the MS SQL Server 2000 and the OpenPoker server as
described. During installation a database named OPENPOKER has been
created without errors. But if I try to start the OpenPoker Server, I
get the already before mentioned "Runtime Error 217". And yes, I had
created a C:\TEMP directory already.

Are there other known problems that cause this runtime error?

Any hints are greatly appreciated!
