Post a log file with your logging level set to TRACE.

I'm uninstall openpnp, clean documents and start from zero. I think maybe it my fault in some settings. I think it will take one day to pass all config/calibration for me and if this issue still appear after this - I will take trace log

just start from zero and, as result, get the same issue with some additional issues like advanced camera calibration :(
so, I decide to restore previous copy of openpnp/settings and grab Trace

I suspect what you are seeing is the result of the large (45mm) value you have set for the roaming radius on your up looking camera. Since your nozzles are closer together than that, OpenPnP doesn't think it needs to raise the nozzles to safe Z once one of the nozzles arrives at the camera. You could try reducing the roaming radius to something less than the smallest nozzle spacing, say maybe 20mm and see what happens.

Thanks! You are right :)
But what I need to do If I need such roaming for large components?
Place small components and than change camera setting for big components?

Why do you think you need a large roaming distance for larger components? What's the largest component you ever plan to use?

38.5 x 24.0
I use big roaming because I doesn't find any other solution how to align such big component, except "body"
I will post another issue with Neoden4 today (need some time to take a video)

Ok, so you do need a large roaming distance. But if your machine has room for that much roaming, then there really is no problem with what its currently doing, right? When any of the four nozzles is over the camera, they are all within the roaming distance so it should be safe for any/all of them to be below safe Z. It is a little hard to tell from your video, but at least in the log file, it appears all nozzles are lifted to safe Z before they move away from the camera.

you are right - its hard to see it from video (my fault), but due to simultaneously action moving/going up often components lose a little bit of vacuum and rotate a little bit (after visual inspection), so, often one of four components not aligned to footprint :(
when I change roaming to 15 every component land footprint correctly
