The machine I have that has two nozzles, also has two vacuum ejectors, so that might be something to keep in mind. I don't know if it is required, as that's just the way the machine was built. It only takes a small compressor to keep up with those. I used a fairly small compressor initially that was rated for 2.3CFM @ 90PSI, and it kept up, but may have cycled more than one might like, though it was still within the 75% rating of the compressor. I think I had a 14gal tank on that compressor though. Currently, I use a 5.3CFM @ 90PSI compressor with a 22 gal tank, on a single head machine, and it usually doesn't even cycle before finishing a panel of boards.
It is worthwhile getting one of the really quiet compressors, unless you can locate it in a different room. The noise can be bothersome if you run a lot of boards. I started with a fairly noisy one, and later got a quiet one, and I'd never go back.
You should be able to find air usage details for the vacuum ejectors you are using, and that will give you the real numbers you require. Then you just need to know what your placement times will be like, and how long the ejectors are activated (usually about half of the placement cycle).
