CHMT48VA modification - adding rotary joints

Hello i am currently using a CHMT48VA from Charmigh and i'm having trouble with rotation of the nozzles because they don't have 360 rotary joints and the pipes limit the roation to the point where it can't even hold the position for 90° angle.

So I would like to modify the machine to add rotary joints to them. I found quite a few of them available online but I'm not sure which ones will fit. The metal shaft is 6mm wide. Do you guys have any parts you could recommend ?

I got a pnp head from ChinaSMT and they sell the rotation coupling separately, but sadly that's for a 5mm hollow shaft stepper. Maybe you could drill it out?

I thought you might be able to get an inline (push-fit at both ends) rotation joint, but can't find one with a quick google.
