Very slow movement between the upper chamber and the nozzle.

I'm using reprapfirmware and I think I haven't set something up. Apparently, the speed is set common for the whole team after the camera has looked at the tape in the feeder and the nozzle needs to be positioned.
Is it possible to set it up so that x/y movements are done by one team and z and a/b by another, to clearly see where the problem is?
