Hi, 

There are metal tips and non-metal Juki tips. You will magnetize the needle tip and than you will not get the SMT parts (resistors, capacitors,..)  off from the tip when the vacuum is switched off at PCB!! https://youtube.com/shorts/sXg9IWcFOZQ
