Test downloads updated to Java 23

Hi all,

Recently our installer provider stopped providing downloads for Java 17, which is what OpenPnP had been shipping with. I've updated the installer to ship Java 23 now, which is the current recommended Java.

Please let us know if you experience any new issues related to this. You can download the new versions at https://openpnp.org/test-downloads/.

Also note, as part of these changes we are no longer bundling Java with the Windows 32 bit builds as it is no longer supported. If you are using the Windows 32 bit build, please let me know, as otherwise it may be time to retire this build completely.
