I have been having trouble setting up a Push/Pull Feeder and could use some help in figuring out what I am doing wrong.
My machine setup is pretty conventional, the actuator arm is mounted to the same Z slide as the Nozzle.
I have set up the actuator as described in the wiki.
I have set up the PPF motion using the 5 captured locations.
The locations are as follows:
1) Actuator arm positioned over the lever, High Z Pulling
2) Z axis lowered to engage lever with actuator. Pulling
3) Push actuator Pulling
4) Pull actuator Pushing
5) Raise actuator to High Z Pushing
This sort of works, however it raises the actuator to high-Z after lowering it and then lowers it again before beginning the Pull motion. I thought it might have been going to the safe Z before moving but lowering that made things worse.
I am running the latest release of 2.0 of a few days ago.
