It uses the transformation of the rotation of the motor into linear short movements of the feeder, which is mounted on bearings. The vibration motor is not used.

The machine I have doesn't use specialized blocks to receive the parts.  Instead, one just cuts off the top of the tube, leaving a window to pick the part, and the parts are picked directly out of the tube.  This works very well for most tubes without doing anything fancier.  The only time it is a bit of an issue, is if the part is located by the body in the tube, and the tube is much wider.  I'll attach a picture later, when I have the feeder set up for my current run.

I am familiar with the simple vibratory feeders solution. Usually vibratory feeders have short movements in X, Y and Z, My feeders only move in Y. After changing the cassette for example SO-28 to SSOP-28 or SO-8 to SO-14 the position of Y and Z will not change.
