Hi everyone,
I recently upgraded from version 2.4 to 2.6 and am noticing some strange behavior in version 2.6.
It took me some time to find a way to reproduce it consistently.
It appears to be a bug:
1. I have enabled nozzle calibration "at program start" for all nozzles.
2. Nozzle calibration is set to "MachineHome".
3. Vision is enabled.
4. I start a job.
5. The first two nozzles are loaded, and calibration is performed.
6. The first two components to be placed have a rotation of 45°.
7. The software ignores the 45° and places both components without applying the rotation.
I can fix now the error for both nozzles by using "Park Rotation" on each Nozzle.
If I then restart the job now, involving those two components, the 45° rotation is performed correctly.
If I manually run the nozzle calibration again, the error returns.
If I disable nozzle calibration entirely for all nozzles, the error does not occur.
Has anyone else encountered this?
I've attached the machine XML file here.
Thanks again for your help,
Regards, Joerg
