For config see attached machine.xml

Setup: placer w/ 4 nozzles, 32mm apart in X-direction

Situation: I know for certain that my nozzles are spaced at X: -48, -16 +16 and +48 Y: -101.5
I assume these positions are relative to the top camera.
However, the setup of nozzle #1 screws up the whole positioning.
When configured as in the machine.xml, with nozzle 1 at -55/-104 and the nzls 2-4 setup with the above CORRECT coordinates, I can position nzls 2-4 over the bottom camera nice and dandy, nzl 1 is off, as is to be expected. As soon as I change nzl 1 x- or y-position, with nzls 2-4 UNCHANGED all nozzles are off INCLUDING #1.

I feel a bit like Meg Ryan in "Sleepless in Seattle": "I know ... it doesn't make sense."

If somebody has any idea what I'm missing ... let me know.

I suspect the location of your bottom camera may be wrong. Most likely you set the bottom camera location using nzl 1 which, if it had an incorrect head offset, would set your bottom camera location incorrectly.
