Just took delivery of a bunch of homing fiducials, with included circles and squares to determine camera resolution. Size 60x30mm, 1mm thick, mounting holes 45mm apart.
Designed for my main bed construction made of 30x30 profiles. circles are 10mm, 20mm diameter, ideal for determining the resolution. Lightweight enough to be held by a nozzle to determine bottom camera resolution.
If you can use one of these, get in touch ...

Would probably work fine for a homing fiducial, but probably not ideal for calibration fiducials. The calibration fiducials, ideally, have just the central fiducial with a large blank space around them (no crosshairs or enclosing circles). Remember during camera calibration, we're trying to detect the fiducials way out to the limits of the camera's field-of-view. All that extra stuff makes that detection of the true fiducial more difficult and increases the likelihood of false detections. See https://github.com/openpnp/openpnp/wiki/Vision-Solutions#calibration-rig for an example.
