Example of panel taken from Internet.
It is a flip board and have another feature needed on several panels.
To avoid excessive bending or for clearance ussues or shape/connectors, panel have pcb rotated 180 degree. I just wanted bring to attention this two things related to Panelization. What else, assymetrical fiducials, panel fiducials and single fiducial per pcb, here as coincidence, for other panels with more circuits and tight space its true.

if you have PCB fids and panel fids, after you specify panel fids in panel dlg, then it's the exact same work flow, although there's not much benefit to using PCB fids if you have panel fids unless your machine has really bad accuracy.
