How to increase CPH rate for my SMD PNP machine...Please Help

Hey...currently i am getting about 2.4k cph[without vision] with alot of jerk and 1.1k with vision also some jerk.....I can send my machine.xml too..... Please Help, how can I increaes it's speed

If you can figure out how to implement flying vision for small components, that would be a good way to increase CPH.  That is of course what all the bigger commercial machines do.  The smaller machines use a bunch of nozzles so that they can place multiple parts at the same time, and in that way, the use of bottom vision doesn't slow the machine down too much.

Hi!
Please tell us what you already did so that we can suggest other
things. There is always room for improvements. Beyond the usual
suggestion to increase the motors power supply voltage I'd recommend to
switch to the latest test version, which shall provide 5..10% increase
in CPH due to improved job placement sorting strategies.
