Panda Placer - trying to contact them but no success

Hi
I am posting here because I think people from PP are active here. I got a message my order had been shipped and a tracking code for UPS but UPS does not have the package. I've tried reaching out to Panda Placer via email, chat, and contact us but no reply.

Can anybody help?

If anybody's reading this please ignore it. I tried for some time to get in contact with them and they contacted me today. It's kind of strange but they seem to go through periods where they don't look at their chat or website or whatever.

 Anyways, I'm very excited to get my machine when it comes in. 

And I'm glad I am in the group!

Leo is I believe the main individual with Panda Placer. He responds every few days. Shipping took a while for mine but it's been working great for about a month.
