Hi Chaps, just want to pick your brains.
I've looked over the group conversations but can't quite find what I need but did find what I need to provide to get an informed response.
I'm at the point of setting up calibrations (for the second time due to my own incompetence), but this time I'm getting this error when trying camera and nozzle calibrations...

I set the log to trace mode and got the att text.
Any insight would be much appreciated

Just from looking at the log, I'd suspect you have a lower feed-rate limit set on the A axis on the controller side config.

Is the axis turning quite slowly?

Also the 5 second time-out in the driver might be too little.

What does Issues & Solutions say?

Hi Ray!
If I understand the logs correct, there are two problems: a) the move
command at 13:20:11.761 uses a very slow speed (M204 S125.00 G1
X83.7137) which takes longer and b) the M400 at 13:20:11.762 is the
actual command that times out. (I've counted the ok's backwards and
think, that the one following the exception (at 13:20:41.918)
acknowledges the M400, hence the timeout if for the M400 and not the M114)
IIRC the very slow speed was related to an axis rotation/linear
miss-configuration. I had to enable the "Switch Linear <-> Rotational?"
setting on my rotational axes to fix this.
