In my OpenPnP software, when I click the Home button for the first time, the picker moves to the parking position and then to the first reference fiducial marker.

However, when I click the Home button again, either after some movement or without any movement, the picker moves in the +X direction until it reaches its maximum travel limit, causing the motor to stall.

Is there a way to troubleshoot and fix this issue?

Regards,
Kushal

Can you post your trace log at debug level?
It sounds like a controller issue, like it thinks the home switch is closed and trying to back off the switch.
Trace log will let us see if OpenPNP is trying to move it or if the controller is doing it on its own.
