You are talking about Contact Probing, right?
Does your machine have a Contact Probing Nozzle?

I've performed all calibrations successfully, but I wonder where the "Calibration Z Offset" of a certain nozzle comes from? Is it calculated, or do I have to perform further calibration to have the proper offset?TIA, Jörg

Aha, the nozzle tip calibration Z offset.
Have you read the tooltip?

Usually this is zero. If you have something there, then you must have set it manually (I have checked in the source code, there is nothing setting it automatically).
If your machine.xml comes from a
third party, maybe they set it.
