Hello,
I am an engineering student, and for my end-of-year project, I built a pick-and-place machine. I am currently configuring it and I have encountered a major issue.
During a job, I am able to run it without position error management using the top camera.
However, as soon as I enable error management, the machine moves the camera above the component rack, takes a picture, then moves the nozzle directly above the component but no longer moves down on the Z axis.
In the logs, it sends a standard G1 command, but for the Z value it shows “NaN”.
I need some help because we are struggling to find the cause of the issue.
